Project Scope Included:
Introduction of the ABODI brand to market through the SGN Showroom social media platform
Coordination with regional and worldwide PR teams to borrow samples for clients shoots and training events
Served as operational liaison between the Sales Team, internal partners, Production, Distribution, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Planning
Developed roadmap for execution, including contact names in leadership, pre-selling activities, testing plans, and delivery
Provided guidance and leadership to emote the ABODI the brand image, in- and out of market
Created and in-acted a pricing scheme which resulted in alignment with barriers-to-entry, market conditions, and competitor pricing.
