HiO is an innovative concept that was developed by SGNgroup to provide a different shopping experience for American consumers by showcasing a unique group of international brands in a modern retail environment. Brands are internationally relevant but with a limited presence in the U.S. Through HiO we provide consumers with unique finds and present brands with excellent market exposure opportunity.
The HiO concept features 10 brands in an intimate setting from different parts of the world like the UK, France, Mexico, Italy & Spain. Hawkers, tonic Australia, Parfois, Campo Marzio, Emma Lomax, and Why Black Tie? are among the featured brands.
Project Scope Included:
Translated merchandising guidelines for each partnering brand to present brand story and inspire brand resonance to current & prospective clientele
Day-to-day visual and operational management of the HiO stores including the execution of inventory planning & in-store training
Produced operational and visual store plans for HiO client accounts, resulting in the creation of 2 new HiO store locations in Canada
Coordinated and developed HiO visual merchandising guidelines with 20 European fashion brands, outlining company standards for shipment processing and product displays while targeting store demographics
